Lynda Barksby

Lynda worked in a care environment for 25 years, starting out in nursing and residential homes and then moving onto community care.  Following a period of time as a home support worker Lynda decided that she wanted to find a way to promote more quality care within the community and decided to set up Millennium Homecare and is now the Director.  Lynda has completed NVQ Level 4 and 5 registered manager in social care. 

Lisa Gale

Lisa has 19 experience of working in care. 5 years in a care home, and 5 years as a community care worker. Lisa is now the director of Millennium Homecare. Lisa has completed NVQ Level 2 and NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care, NVQ Level 4 Registered Managers award, D32, D33 assesor award, Mental Capacity Act for managers, and Risk Assessment for Managers.

Joan Antcliff

Joan has 15 years’ experience of working in a care home, including two years as acting manager. Also seven years’ experience in domiciliary care, four months as a Home Support Worker and 6 ½ years as a care-co ordinator. Joan has completed NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social care, providing effective supervision, recruitment and selection, risk assessment and record keeping for managers, untoward incident reporting strategies, correct use and fitting of incontinence products, and Health and Safety for managers. Joan carries out all risk assessments, attends reviews and introduces new members of staff to service users.

Georgia O’Rourke

Starting out in the community as a Home Support Worker Georgia did this role for a year before starting in the office as a Care Co-ordinator, and moved into the role of Community Care co-ordinator. She has completed a NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Health and social care and also risk assessment for managers.  Georgia works on the front line ensuring a high standard of care is maintained within the community and that new Home Support Workers are ready and competent within their new roles.  

Keily Fanshaw

Keily joined the company in 2013 on an apprenticeship.  By 2017 she had completed level 2 and 3 in Business Studies.  Her responsibilities are as a front line receptionist taking responsibility for all incoming calls, enquiries and daily running as well as community organiser.  

Georgia Coltart

Georgia works two days in the office and her other time is spent in the community as a Home Support Worker. Georgia’s role within the office is creating and updating careplans, answering the telephone, helping out on the front line, and dealing with services users, their families, and also home support workers. Georgia has 3 years experience of working in care. Georgia has completed GCSE and NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care.

Bethannie Barksby

Beth joined Millennium in 2014 as an office junior, she has continued to study and grow within her employment by successfully completing Health and Safety for Managers along side Level 3 in Health and Social Care in 2017.  Her responsibilities now include receptionist along side Keily and community organiser. 

Mark Hunt

Mark joined Millennium in 2012 as a community care worker where he gained knowledge of  Health and Social Care.  In 2016 Mark began his role as Policy & Procedure administrator. Mark has completed his level 3 Health and Social care and Health & Safety for managers.
